The support and counseling that I offer is more wholistic and in the context of our journeys. I listen with a level of understanding. I don't judge or give advice in a patriarchal or authoritative way. However, some might receive some ideas--tools or information that I share as advice. I believe that people know what we need, and there are so many dynamics to our human experiences--thoughts and feelings. However, sometimes, we get hurt with harmful information, which may result in marginalization. Therefore, I offer information, tools and/or ideas that might be helpful. Then, it's up to people to reference any of those at any given moment in our journeys.
If and when any of that resonates with you, contact me with any questions, let me know your needs and we can go from there.
